Description
Arbor's Eve is a game that began life in 2002 as a third person action game set in modern times with guns, cars, and ninja-hobos that lived at an airport baggage claim.Today, this game is the game I've always wanted to play, but nobody else made.
THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS GAME.
There are adult themes like death, stealing, and paying the mortgage.
There are jokes, which you probably won't laugh at.
There are logical inconsistencies which only become reconciled in the very last chapter.
There are maps where the tiles don't quite fit together right!
But just play it, and enjoy. Everything in this game was done by me alone, and it was a lot of work. It won't look good on the side of a Taco Bell cup, or sell a lot of children's trading cards, but it's been an uncompromised personal vision from the very beginning about how I see the world.
Arbor's Eve follows the story of Kasper, as he struggles to find meaning in his life, and his place in the world.
On a night when invisible stars are aligning with imperceptible dimensions to converge at the single most meaningful point in the universe, Kasper must decide how to take his future into his own hands, and maybe one day make sense of life.
He is told by the spirit of an ancient wizard, banished to live inside a rock, to gather mystical seeds of nature. That he must grow a tree whose roots will suck forces of evil straight out of the ground, promising eternal peace on Earth.
Well, not him, not exactly. The rock has just been telling everyone, and Kasper is the first one to come within earshot.

I gave it a 10 for the description and for the music, among other things.
